Warranty applies to systems that are properly installed and used normally. It covers repair or replacement of the defective part, and doesn’t cover damage from freezing, misuse, or unauthorized changes.

Prefilters are usually changed every 6 to 12 months and the membrane every 2 to 3 years, depending on your water and usage. We’ll remind you when it’s time.
